Recovered 289 litres of NDPL liquor of Officer's Choice brand. Driver attempted evasion before being apprehended. Vehicle and contraband seized.

Found 64 litres of duty-paid liquor in excess of permitted stock with discrepancies in maintenance of stock register. Show-cause notice issued; case registered under permit violation provisions.
