While checking inter-state movement at Pulivendula bypass, vehicle bearing registration AP24 SW 6468 was intercepted. The driver could not produce valid permits. On search, 165 litres of non-duty-paid liquor in 58 cartons recovered. Vehicle and consignment seized. Driver and conductor taken into custody.
